The functionalized MWCNTs were reacted with aleuritic acid, oligomers of aleuritic acid through insitu polymerization. The attachment of PAL homopolymer chains to the MWCNTs were confirmed by FT-IR, TGA, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM).
